What we collect

Shortlist requests: name, email, phone, property city, unit count, property type. Listing claims: name, work email, phone, message. Newsletter: email address. We also keep aggregate, non-identifying page-view counts on the server.

How we use it

Shortlist details are used to prepare your shortlist and may be shared with property management companies relevant to your request. Claim details are used to verify and update the listing. Newsletter emails are used only to send the newsletter; unsubscribe anytime.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no cookies, and no sale of your personal information beyond the shortlist sharing described above.

Retention and removal

We keep form submissions while they are useful for the purpose you submitted them for. Email the site operator via the WHOIS contact for this domain to have your data removed.
